IICD students who need to use a classroom may access the EE Classroom Reservation System, log in with their SSO account and password, and submit a reservation request.

1️⃣ Please select “Reservation” → “Registration”. After completing the application form, please make sure to check whether the application status is shown as “Approved.” If the application is not approved, the requested time slot may conflict with another reservation.

2️⃣ The system only allows reservations for classrooms within the next two weeks. If you need to reserve a classroom more than two weeks in advance for a thesis defense, event, or other purposes, please contact the IICD Office by email. Please provide the following information:

• Name
• Student ID
• Phone number (or extension)
• Classroom number
• Date of use
• Time of use
• Advisor
• Purpose of use

3️⃣ The system provides information about each classroom, including photos, seating capacity, and available equipment. Please check the classroom information in advance to ensure that it meets your needs.

4️⃣ EC3024 is a space of IICD. If you need to use EC3024, please complete the classroom reservation through the system first, and then visit the IICD Office (EC1003) to check out and return the key. 

5️⃣ New students who have not yet received their Student ID cannot make classroom reservations through the system. Please ask your lab senior students to assist with the reservation.
