Institute of Integrated Circuit Design
The Institute of Integrated Circuit Design (IICD) is a graduate-student only institute focusing on training future IC design engineers for applications of underwater vehicles, AI recognition, and green energy, including the circuits of SRAM, CIM (Computation-in-memory), DLA (Deep learning Accelerator), energy harvesting, power management, ADC, DAC, hardware security with deep learning, and the high-speed/low-power I/O, etc. The master’s program is founded in 2024. We currently have 6 full-time faculty members, 2 Professors, 3 Associate professors, and 1 Assistant Professor, bringing state-of-the-art research into the classroom.
